Our story began when two school friends—Edward and Ralf—realised how quickly family memories can slip away. Ralf was fortunate: he spent afternoons beside his grandfather, capturing his recollections of hardship and hope on tape.
With perseverance (and a little professional help), those memories became a beautifully bound book. Edward, however, couldn’t replicate that success until it was too late.
The beginnings
Determined to spare others the same frustration, Edward and Ralf founded Ethos as a small storytelling studio in Estonia. Since then, we’ve grown into a large, dedicated team of seasoned writers, editors and designers—crafting hundreds of bespoke memoirs and ensuring every life’s legacy finds its way into a book.
